TOOTHLESS

So we've got a busy tooth fairy this month. I informed you of Colson's missing tooth here. I should point out that he still has a GAPING hole in his mouth which proves his persistance in getting that tooth out. I mean it was loose but probably would still be in today had he not pried it out. There is no permanent tooth in sight. I also informed you of the difference in my two kids at that time.

Two days after Colson lost his tooth, Calli lost hers. It was hanging on, dangling down, the permanent tooth almost fully grown in and she was still lieing flat on her back in tears. She was terrified that it was going to hurt. She didn't want anyone putting their hands on it. I couldn't help but laugh (out loud) because I was remembering my post two days earlier. If she hadn't been so mad at me for laughing at her, I would have pulled out my iphone to video the whole event. Later that evening she got it out on her own thankfully. She had two more loose ones that could easily be touched out. One she lost on Sunday biting down on a tootsie roll. She let her guard down and forgot about her loose tooth. The other one is still standing hanging. The good thing about her tooth issue is that she doesn't look funny for weeks as her permanent tooth grows in...it's usually half way down by the time the tooth comes out. It's all about the looks isn't it?
