COULD THIS BE HEAVEN?

At age 9, if Colson dreams of heaven, this pile of dirt has to be part of the master floor plan. They did some dirt work on our place a couple of weeks ago digging out a small pond that had started out as a big ditch. That weekend, Colson changed clothes probably 4 times a day. He was filthy....but loving every minute of it. All the kids loved it actually.

That same weekend, I walked into the bathroom and had to laugh.

Colson said those were for me to cook for dinner. When I told him I didn't think so and that he needed to get those fish out of my tub he obeyed quickly.....

And ten minutes later I walk in to find them in the bathroom sink. Really? When I said get them out of the tub, I meant put them back in their natural habitat...not in another holding cell until you could chop them up. He protested that he did as I asked...got them out of the tub. Again, you must be very literal with Colson, he will take every inch. I should have said, "Colson, please get the 1 big catfish and 2 small catfish out of the bathtub and into some kind of container. Then take the container out the door and drive them back to the pond where you caught them. Once at the pond take them out one at a time and release them into the water. The end"
