OH HOW I LOVE MY VOLLEYBALL PLAYER

Calli is trying  a new sport this year at school...volleyball. She wanted to do it last year but the early morning (5:45 AM) discouraged her and I wasn't complaining. This year she decided that sleep wasn't all that important, at least for the first 2 months of school, and she would just go for it. So she made the team in May but wasn't sure if she'd play on the A, B or C team. Hoping for B team, she made the C team.....and that's when her decision to NOT play last year came back to haunt her. While I was certain she would get moved up to B team there wasn't ever a spot to move her. I just want it to go on the record what a hard worker this child is and how coachable she is. She may not listen to her dad or I, but when a coach is telling her how to get better she not only soaks in every word, she finds every way to apply what they tell her...and works hard to master it.

It doesn't matter what team she was on, she had fun, learned something and looked beautiful doing it!
