It's pretty well known that I don't care for field trips. My kids know it, their friends parents know it, I've blogged about it. I don't like being in charge of other kids when the kids ALL want to do something different. For some reason, the kids I have all want to do different things and rarely agree on where to be and what to see. UGH.
This 4th grade trip to the Folk Festival was one of my favorites with Calli but with the boys? Not so much. We did have a lot of fun the last hour and a half when 3 other moms and I sat and let the kids play in the open area throwing confetti eggs.
