Good friends are hard to find. I realize that more and more as I aquaint myself with more and more people and hear stories of their friends and think...."wow I'm blessed". This group of girl friends, plus a few that don't live around here, shared some great memories in our younger years. Notice I said younger. That doesn't mean I think we are old. We are young, but there was a time when we were youngER right? These girls were a big part in shaping who I am today. Some I am still very close to. Some I only see and/or talk to occassionaly. Regardless they are still great friends! They still bring me smiles! I still get a warm and fuzzy feeling when I think back to some of the fun times we've had.
We gathered together on Tuesday night to catch up with our crazy girl Hilary (far left) who was visiting from California. It was fun playing catch up, laughing and enjoying a nice evening out at the Conroe "Hooters", as Robyn called it.
Look at this cute yellow convertible bug that Robyn got...a surprise from her awesome husband. Robyn has wanted one of these since she was 16 and has ALWAYS talked about the day when she would get one. I told her I've always wanted a red jeep wranger with a gray soft top but I've never told Wes. Like there was any chance he'd get it for me even if he did know huh?
