I don't know why they do field trips for Jr. High but they do. I loath field trips. I wasn't invited to this one….I think because I was out of town when the form was due so Wes filled it out. I wasn't sad. They went to some festival…the same one they went to in the 4th grade. Colson said it was pointless because they only went for less than 2 hours. It takes 30 minutes to get to the festival so it does seem strange to drive that far to only stay 2 hours and then come back home. It still beats doing real work though.
