MIA

I'm alive but buried in my to do list. Two weeks ago I spent the first part of the week preparing for a work meeting that I ventured on the last half of the week. My work trips are all work and all play which usually leaves me exhausted. So last weekend I was fairly worthless as I caught up on sleep and just laid around making up for the full throttle week I had had. This past week I spent most of the week with computer and internet problems. Both of which were an easy fix but I spent WAY to much time on them before I figured out it was an easy fix. That leaves me plain frustrated.

So today I write just to check in and to post some pictures from our Legends days. Which are now over. Our new team the Willis Rebels is off to a good start. Still short a few players but still practicing anyways. We have a scrimmage this Sunday so we'll see how we do.

In one of those weeks where I had like 6 parties at my house (yes I exaggerated) one of those parties was the Legends end of the season. Lots of swimming, lots of baseball and even some cool trophies given out.

One of the dads on the team enjoys photography and took tons of pictures at each game. He had thousands!!! So we received 3 DVD's worth of pictures just for April, May and June. Yikes! I pulled the ones of Colson off and thought you might enjoy them. Well  not really, unless you are a grandparent, you probably don't care. But I'm putting them on here anyways so we can remember his glory days!

MY TWO FAVORITE PICTURES.....
These were two shots as he was running the bases from his GRAND SLAM. The first one is the first smile he cracked as he turned second and saw all of the parents standing at the fence screaming with joy! I love the second one too with his coach and the kid in the background with his glove over his head.

BATTING.....His form is Wes' work of art (those are Wes' words)

 FIELDING.....
 BASE RUNNING

It was a great season...even though we only caught the tail end of it.
