NCA was quite memorable this year. Green Berets placed a disappointing 4th (out of 8) but the car ride home was what makes the trip one for the record books. What should have taken us 3.5 hours took us 8…EIGHT. It started snowing right as we were leaving. And the ice on the road was so thick. 18 wheelers couldn't make it down the road and blocked most parts of the road. Cars were sliding everywhere. We stopped at a gas station (one of the very few we found open) and took a picture here by the snow on the ground. It really was crazy!
