Colson had another successful year in football. He decided to give up the QB role and went for the Wide Receiver spot. And he also played middle linebacker on defense. We used to make so much fun of him as a young kid telling him he'll never be a receiver because he could never catch the dang ball.
He did pretty good. Jaxon Burns was the QB and liked connecting with Colson down the field. It's so fun to watch these boys play together. I'm excited for them to enter High School and see how they play in football and baseball.
Most games Colson either got Offensive, defensive or special teams player of the game. One game he even got overall player of the game. He had a great season. He still hasn't decided if he wants to play in High School....we'll see.
