Yesterday the world celebrated the day of LOVE. And as Wes likes to say "We celebrate love every day around here". And
if since that is the case then yesterday was just a day to have a party to celebrate all the days we celebrate love.
Here was Calli's Valentine to me....
Let me explain the "2 second" remark. Yesterday Mrs. Hurst told me that one of the girls in the class was wishing that her mom could come to the party but she had to work. Mrs Hurst said "That's ok Ianna, my mom had to work when I was growing up too and she couldn't come to my parties but we did other things together." Colson blurts out "My mom? She works for like 2 seconds" as he zig zagged his finger in a snap.

This is how Colson decorated his school Valentine's box. And yes, I made him make a new one. I realize after last weeks post that you may be scratching your head wondering just what goes on in the Schubert household. I too wonder because in the house that I live in, Colson's mom IS NOT mene (mean)!

Is it just me, or does Calli's handwriting look exactly like Grammy's?? For a second, I thought it was a valentine from Grammy!
