PLAYING DRESS UP

So we ended the cheer season a few weeks ago and last weekend we officially closed out the year as the undefeated Woodlands Elite Lieutenants with our banquet. The centerpieces were adorable for our team as you can kinda tell in this picture of Calli and Carson. They were miniature guitars to coincide with the part of our music that plays the hit "I like that old time rock n roll". 

It's really just a chance for the girls to get dressed up and giggle in a more social, non competitive format...and for the parents to dish out some more money. Luckily the food was better than average and the dessert was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

 Each coach calls the team up and talks a little bit about the season......

 And then they cut loose with some fancy moves on the dance floor!

Yesterday she tried out for the level 4 team and so with our very small break...we start right back into another season. Luckily it's not nearly as rigid until August. And luckily Calli still LOVES it and keeps in really good shape because of it. Hmmmm.....maybe I should consider cheer.
